Morning: roller first, then eye patches. Evening: red light on clean, dry skin first, then a sheet mask on mask nights, then moisturiser. Light and water first, creams and oils last.
The roller is fine daily. The red light lamp is designed for three to five ten-minute sessions a week; more does not add benefit. Always wear the goggles, and read the safety notes on the lamp page if you are pregnant, photosensitive or on photosensitising medication.
Roller and patches: the same morning. Masks: two to three weeks for hydration and glow. Red light: eight to twelve weeks of regular use for fine lines and firmness. Take a photo on day one so you can compare.
